Pro/Con

The good thing about working out in the gym in the morning is that you live longer, you feel better, you have more energy, and a body sponsored by NordicTrackâ„¢.

The bad thing is that you have stupid pop music stuck in your head all day. Are you all ready / are you ready, get set / hmmm hmm bla de dah / are you ready? or some junk like that.

I’m still evaluating if it’s worth it.
