Okay, yes…
…he’s ugly. But he’s also a pulling-together of my new inks, some color studies I’ve been doing, the watercolor brush, and the interior lines, all of which come together to bring his ugliness to a whole new, practically 3D level! Fine. Next time I’ll draw a tree or something.

I have been looking and looking and looking and looking and looking and looking and looking for a good watercolor-style brush that gave me control over the color, size, and shape while generating that beautifully accidental feeling you need for watercolors. And HERE IT IS! Joy.
